Free U.S. Standard Shipping. Currently unavailable for delivery to California.
About 15 business days, with up to 18 business days reserved. Orders with a California delivery address cannot be accepted while material-compliance documentation remains under review. The estimate begins after payment is confirmed and includes made-to-order production plus transit. Tracking is emailed when the carrier accepts the parcel. Delays caused by an incorrect address, customs, severe weather, or carrier disruption are outside our direct control, but customer care will help investigate.
02Returns & Order Changes+
Each bracelet is made to the exact submitted sequence.
Because custom bracelets are made to order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted after production begins. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed design, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs. We will review repair, remake, replacement, or refund options. Contact support before returning anything; an authorized return address is provided only after review. Currently unavailable for delivery to California. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
03Privacy & Payment+
Payment credentials stay with Shopify and its eligible payment providers.
The storefront stores a design locally in your browser until it is added to checkout. Shopify receives the ordered sequence, sizes, design ID, fingerprint, price breakdown, contact details, delivery address, and payment status needed to fulfill the order. We do not ask for or store full card numbers or security codes in this storefront. Final analytics, retention periods, processors, and privacy-contact details will be published before public checkout is enabled.
04Terms of Sale+
The confirmed Shopify checkout is the final commercial record.

Prices are shown in USD and calculated from each selected component and size. Applicable taxes and discounts are calculated at Shopify checkout. Currently unavailable for delivery to California. An order is accepted only after payment confirmation. We may contact you if a design cannot be safely assembled as submitted, a material becomes unavailable, or an obvious pricing error occurred; you may approve a change or receive a refund. Symbolic stone meanings are cultural and personal references, not promises of health, wealth, luck, or any guaranteed outcome.
05Materials & Safety+
Natural variation is part of every bracelet.
Color, pattern, translucency, inclusions, and surface texture can differ from catalog photography. Component descriptions will identify natural stone, metal, glass, resin, shell, pearl, or other materials where applicable. Currently unavailable for delivery to California. California delivery will remain unavailable until supplier-backed substrate, plating, nickel, lead, cadmium, and Proposition 65 documentation completes independent review. Bracelets contain small parts and are not toys; keep them away from children under 3 and anyone who may place components in the mouth. Remove the bracelet if irritation occurs. Avoid impact, prolonged water exposure, perfume, household chemicals, and high heat.
06Wrist Size Guide+
Measure the wrist, then choose the comfort allowance you prefer.
Wrap a flexible tape snugly around the wrist where the bracelet will sit. If using string, mark the overlap and measure it against a ruler. The designer estimates fit from the exact string-facing width of every selected component. Natural-stone diameter and bracelet inner fit are different measurements, so review the final fit range before adding the design to your cart.
