01Shipping & Delivery+
Free U.S. Standard Shipping. Currently unavailable for delivery to California.
About 18 business days, with up to 20 business days reserved. Orders with a California delivery address cannot be accepted while material-compliance documentation remains under review. The estimate begins after payment is confirmed and includes made-to-order production plus transit. Tracking is emailed when the carrier accepts the parcel. Delays caused by an incorrect address, customs, severe weather, or carrier disruption are outside our direct control, but customer care will help investigate.
02Returns & Order Changes+
Custom bracelets follow the submitted sequence; ready-made bracelets follow the selected fixed composition.
Because custom and fixed-composition bracelets are prepared for each order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted after production or fulfillment begins. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed design or ready-made SKU, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs. 03Privacy & Payment+
Payment credentials stay with Shopify and its eligible payment providers.
Draft names, bead sequences, custom-bracelet cart items, and recovery copies are stored locally on this device. Replacing an unreadable draft preserves a recovery copy; clear browser data to remove these local records. An unlocked welcome-offer email stays on this device only while the offer is valid. Expired welcome-offer details are removed when you next open the designer. The welcome-offer email is used to prefill secure checkout and is not an automatic marketing subscription. When you continue to checkout, Shopify receives private production data for the ordered sequence and sizes or the selected ready-made SKU, plus the contact, delivery, order, promotion, and payment-status information needed to complete and support the purchase. PayPal processes payment when selected, and Cloudflare provides site delivery and security. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and loading performance; it does not log URL query strings. It is not a custom-event or payment-conversion tracker. Our first-party workflow measurement counts public-page visits, design interactions, cart additions, optional-offer views and choices, checkout preparation, browser-handoff copy actions and interruptions. It uses a random session identifier held only in memory, without creating a tracking cookie or a persistent identifier. Records contain only the event type, a standard page category, a broad source category, a fixed approved campaign category, a standard interface context, time, site version, and an optional anonymous help reference. Only explicitly approved campaign labels are categorized; arbitrary campaign values are not retained. They exclude names, email, IP addresses, saved designs, amounts, raw URL queries and checkout links. Workflow measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Test traffic is separated from operating counts. Records older than 30 days are deleted when measurement next runs. These counts do not establish an order or a completed payment. We retain order, support, fraud-prevention, accounting, and legal records only as needed for those purposes and applicable requirements. We do not ask for or store full card numbers or security codes in this storefront. 05Materials & Safety+
Natural variation is part of every bracelet.
Color, pattern, translucency, inclusions, and surface texture can differ from catalog photography. Component descriptions will identify natural stone, metal, glass, resin, shell, pearl, or other materials where applicable. Currently unavailable for delivery to California. California delivery will remain unavailable until supplier-backed substrate, plating, nickel, lead, cadmium, and Proposition 65 documentation completes independent review. Bracelets contain small parts and are not toys; keep them away from children under 3 and anyone who may place components in the mouth. Remove the bracelet if irritation occurs. Avoid impact, prolonged water exposure, perfume, household chemicals, and high heat.
06Wrist Size Guide+
Measure the wrist, then choose the comfort allowance you prefer.
Wrap a flexible tape snugly around the bare wrist where the bracelet will sit. If using string, mark the overlap and measure it against a ruler. The designer shows the material span of the selected components; it is not wrist size or the bracelet’s inner circumference. Bead size and shape change the inner opening. Send customer care your wrist measurement, preferred fit, and design before ordering if you need help confirming the size.

Opening checkout in a browser
Checkout opens with Shopify. If a social app limits access, use its menu to open checkout in Safari or Chrome. Browser handoff links expire after 10 minutes; prepare a new link from your saved design if needed.
